A most friendly, small, cosy and comfortable pub in the lanes between Ashburton, Buckfastleigh and Staverton, that has a very good reputation for its home cooked meals, which comprise meats and poultry that are mainly locally reared where possible, together with mostly locally grown vegetables. It has pleasant decking area with picnic tables at the front of the premises, with a car park on the opposite side of the road.
Re-opened in April 2018 after refurbishment.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
