Friendly upmarket pub decorated with locally themed pictures. Typically has two cask beers on a rotating basis including one from a local brewery, like Abbeydale, Bradfield, and Chantry. Children welcome for lunch. Burger food menu.

This pub is on the Sheffield Local Inventory of Historic Pub Exteriors. Originally built by Sheffield Brewery Tomlinsons, two sides of the Ship have a distinctive tiled exteria: ‘TOMLINSON’S FINE ALES WINES SPRITS ANCHOR ALES.’
