Elegant country pub recently refurbished. Three handpulls with a rotating selection of local ales. Aims to have one pale, one amber and one dark beer. Due to its popularity more often than not has Lancaster Blonde as a semi-regular. Opens bank holiday Mondays. They are a collection point for the Ormskirk Food Bank. They do a monthly prize draw. Hand a donation in at the bar for the food bank, and they will stick you in the hat for a voucher and you might even get a free bevvy or five out if it.
