This venue serves several guest beers which is why it has reinstated itself as a destination for high quality real ales. To the rear, the courtyard has recently been both extended and refurbished to a high standard. There is an elevated, separate area to the rear of the pub, available for private functions/meetings, or just extra seating for the pub at busier times. Now serving 10 cask ales and four ciders. CAMRA member discount Tuesday to Thursday. Lounge refurbished in April 2026 as the Fountain Cosy Lounge and available to hire.
