Finalist in the 2024 National Club of the Year competition. Since 1884 The Haydock Reading Room has provided a warm and welcoming place for all who like a drink with good company. The club allows CAMRA members in as guests on showing a valid CAMRA card. Three real ales are available with at least one from a local brewery. A 'coming soon' board highlights what beers to look forward to. Live music and other events for the community often take place over the weekend.
