Former hotel hidden deep within the maze of small cobbled streets that are typical of this area of Carlisle. Strong community focus with family events and evening entertainment regularly. Notable for the original etched windows and a wonderful marble pillar outside. Opening hours and food times can vary for major sporting events on TV or social events at the pub. Regular darts and pool nights with several permanent dartboards. Bottled beers from Sulwath Brewery can be available. Large beer garden for the summer months. Very active on Facebook.
