This Pub is Closed Long Term

For many years a basic, back-street local with mock-Tudor frontage. Sold by Punch in 2007 to Admiral Taverns and by them to developers MacNeil UB40; closure not unexpected but Lambeth have since rejected a redevelopment proposal on several grounds, the owners' appeal then being rejected by the Planning Inspectorate in November 2019.
