1. The proposal fails to provide the required level of information relating to the importance of the Listed Building or how the proposal will impact the designated heritage asset. The information otherwise available and identified by the Council indicates that the proposal would result in less than substantial harm to the Listed Building. This harm is afforded great weight. No public benefit which outweighs the identified harm has been

found. As such, the proposal fails to comply with Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (in particular paragraphs 195, 200, 201, 203, 205, 206 and 208), and with policy C6 of the South Bucks District Local Plan (adopted March 1999).
