Originally a coaching inn, this large pub has a split personality. To the right is a smaller wood-panelled bar featuring old pictures of Swindon and serving four real ales, two of them guest beers. The larger part of the pub is given over to live sports coverage and music. Much improved by a major refurbishment in spring 2023. Large outdoor drinking area. Good value food available every day apart from Monday.
