Friendly local. Separate lounge and bar with two hand pumps both have a Courage Best clip. Large TV sports screens. There are football, pool, and darts teams. No hot food, but filled rolls are available Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Historic Interest

Probably opened shortly after 1800. It is an Edwardian re-build and was part of the Simonds estate in 1945. Later it went to Courage and then Ushers.
