The gate hangs well and hinders none, refresh and pay and travel on, is the inscription on a hanging gate affixed to the wall like a pub sign outside this pub. Refurbished and reopened in 2017 after being purchased by Manchester family brewer JW Lees, this pub now has beer back at the heart of the operation whilst serving good food throughout the day. There are two roaring fires to cozy up to in winter and a sun trap patio to relax in during the summer. Child friendly serving an extensive children’s menu along side the main menu. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the tap room.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 3 regular beers.
