Standing beside the busy A5, this cheerful freehouse is a simple three-roomed affair with a small central bar, comfortable lounge popular with diners and a room to the side with TV and darts board. A rear veranda decking offers panoramic views of the Llangollen Canal as it approaches the world famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. Check out the exterior mural too. Food is served daily, with a traditional roast on Sunday.
