A 17th Century Coaching Inn with oak beams and open fires, situated on the A619 in the centre of this historic market town. The pub is adjacent to nearby shops, opposite the award winning Bath Gardens, the local market is on every Monday. There is also aa regular farmers and cattle market. Bakewell is the only market town situated in the Peak District National Park. The pub has five en-suite double bedrooms, but dogs not allowed over night. Real Ales include two permanent Timothy Taylor and two regularly Changing Beers typically Bradfield Farmers Blonde.
