The community pub is leased from Palmers and have a range of Palmers quality ales always on tap.

Community Run

The freehold of the King William Inn in Catcott is owned by Palmers Brewery, and the pub had been closed since 2024. Since July 2026 the pub is operated under a community lease and tenancy agreement by the Catcott Community Benefit Hub Limited (a Community Benefit Society) and run locally by tenants. Over 200 people contributed through donations and share purchases via their Crowdfunder Campaign. See the societies website for more details.
