This Pub is Closed Long Term

This hotel can be found on Aberystwyth's seafront. The 'Royal' suffix in the hotel's name refers to the Royal Mail service that was operated here in the mid 1800's between Aberystwyth and Shrewsbury. At 192 years old this building has plenty of history and many old photographs adorn the walls in the period bar at the front of the property overlooking the sea. The hotel's reputation for food is very high and during the summer months Wye Valley Butty Bach is available. You are also likely to find beer from Evan Evan's range which includes seasonal special brews.
