Prominent street corner pub near top end of Cathays Park near Cardiff University and therefore catering largely for students. The handpumps and traditional cider are on the bar further away from the main entrance and therefore are not immediately obvious upon entry.

June 2024 report said real ale no longer served and handpumps removed.
