Converted from a large Victorian terraced house in the quiet north eastern corner of the city centre, the Pen and Wig has a single bar with distinct seating areas plus a large garden. It is popular with younger people looking for a quiet drink. and the legal profession which has a number of offices in the vicinity. Up to eight real ales available, mainly from the larger breweries, plus a cider, providing value for money. Serves food till late.
