Large, food-oriented managed house which nonetheless has more character than most outlets of its ilk. The medieval timbered building has been hugely altered inside and now presents a largely open-plan appearance though original timbers are dotted about. At the back there is a modern restaurant with a high-pitched roof. Extensive food menu. Open for breakfast at the weekend.
