Recently refurbished large Victorian pub with a single steel topped bar. Amongst the posters on the walls are ones for some of the earliest Cambridge Beer Festivals. The pub boasts a wood-fired pizza oven in which they cook pots as well as pizzas. There is a small courtyard area to the back which acts as the smoking area. In the late 1970s the pub formed part of the short lived chain of CAMRA (Real Ale) Investments Ltd owned pubs and some people still call it "the CAMRA pub".
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
