Reopened in October 2014 after extensive and stylish renovations including opening an upstairs private dining area and roof terrace with views across Grantchester. Although primarily given over to dining, the menu features seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, a large island bar sits at the heart of the building. Drinkers are welcome to use the bar-stools or the tables in the drinking area. Real ale is served from three hand-pumps, with prices ranging from £4.00. There is a fenced garden to the rear and a large car-park.

New licensees took over in August 2024.
