The main attractions of MK11 are music, street food, craft beers, snooker, pool and large screen sports TV. The venue started life as cowsheds and barns, but was then developed into a purpose-built staff sport and social club with squash courts for Milton Keynes Development Corporation. As use declined, it was sold to private owners and became a pub. Then, in December 2012, MK11 Live Music Venue & Sports Bar was born.
Please note, payment by card only at bar and may close slightly early if events poorly-attended (eg, mid-week jam sessions).
On entry the bar is ahead and a stage area on the right. The building turns left at the bar and drops downstairs to the vape bar, then high tables & chairs and beyond a second live music area (capacilty nearly 400). generally free entry to bar stage, but ticketed in the second music area.
Outside is a large partially-covered courtyard with tables and chairs.
Use the link to their website or Facebook page for full list of gigs. A separate Facebook page promotes their TV sports events.
