Demolished 2016. An ex-Trust Inns site; no real ale noted in the West London Pub Guide of 1989 or 2005 and not mentioned in the 1979 CAMRA real ale London pub guide.

Planning permission granted for the demolition of the existing buildings on site, since carried out, and the erection of a five storey plus basement level building to provide 15 self-contained flats, with two off-street car parking spaces at ground level and ancillary servicing and storage at basement level. Flats now built & occupied.
