This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

An American themed restaurant and cocktail bar, one of an international chain. Charles Dickens once worked on this site; not in the restaurant! Reported to becoming a Wetherspoon. Conditional planning approval recommended by WCC planning applications sub-committee 1 Nov 2022. 22/01596/FULL application refused 1 Feb 2023; appeal dismissed.

As at May 2026 this has become Arcade, "a collection of chef-led kitchens in one expansive space".
