Unusually for this chain, this is a bar with ground to ceiling clear glass windows that let in plenty of natural light. Due to its location just north of Oxford Circus it attracts plenty of tourists and office workers. On the site where (Lord) Charles Forte opened his first milk bar in 1936; the building, rebuilt in 1927, became the cornerstone of the Trust House Forte empire. First opened as a bar as the Dome in 1993 and renamed after Bass acquired it from Whitbread in 1999.
There is a wide food menu including brunch and tapas-style small plates.
Note that alcohol may not be served before 10am Monday to Sunday.
