This Pub is Permanently Closed

Back street local tucked away in a side street close to Preston Circus. Pub is currently closed. Has been listed as an ACV. Planning permission refused for conversion to residential use. Now back up for sale as a pub. (April 2015). June 2015 - campaign under way to run as a community pub subject to raising the necessary finance. Jan 2016 - attempts seem to have failed - latest proposals are for a community arts space possibly including some sort of bar.
