This Pub is Permanently Closed

Cordial and inviting two room pub located just off the A27 providing great access to Devils Dyke and the South Downs. Bring your dog along and relax in front of the fire or, in the Summer months, chill out and enjoy the views from the beer garden. In addition to Harveys Best one or two well kept guest ales are served by the friendly & knowledgeable bar staff and would go very well with the traditional pub food on offer.

June 2015 - pub currently closed and up for sale May 2017 due to be demolished and replaced with housing.

Dec 2018 - pub has now been demolished.

Dec 2020 - 10 houses and a block of flats being built on the site.
