This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

All welcome including non-members

Smart, comfortable, tastefully furnished clubhouse overlooking several sports grounds catering for players of cricket, bowls and rugby union. Cricket pitch dates back to 1864. Versatile 150 seat function room. CAMRA members and non-members welcome; club members pay discounted prices. Local branch Club of the Year 2013,2014,2015. 268 Bradford-Dewsbury-Wakefield bus passes by. At busy times, up to seven pumps may be in use, more usually three or four. There is an outside toilet with disabled access and ramp access to the main entrance; further work is planned.
