This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

The tastefully furnished clubhouse overlooks well-kept sports grounds catering for cricket, bowls and Rugby Union, the cricket pitch dating from 1864. There is a 150 seat ground floor function room with catering available. The public are welcome; club members pay discounted prices. The club was Runner-up local branch Club of the Year 2024. The 268 Bradford-Dewsbury-Wakefield bus passes by. When busy, up to five pumps may be in use. Wheelchair access to bars and WC. There is a Friday quiz.
