A former club in a modern building offering a cosy retreat with sofas around the fire. A Royal British Legion memorial is in the prize-winning garden and local charities are well supported. The spacious conservatory serves for functions and meetings. Beers are from a range of brewers and sometimes include a dark ale. Good quality and value meals are planned for the near future (at April 2025). Quiz Wednesday. Mirfield station is one mile away. New management as from April 2025. Two rotating ales, three at weekends.
