Om 27 Mar 2026, it was announced in the Telegraph & Argus that the premises were to be sold at auction on 26 Apr 2026.

The previous description is given below.

Two-roomed traditional pub with a split level lounge and a popular tap room. When visited in Sep 2021, it was noted that the windows were boarded up. Wen passed in Jan 2024, the pub was still boarded up and its condition was worsening with one end of the roof missing.
