15/03/26 - our surveyor reports - "Pretty sure this only opens for Spurs matches now. Closed yesterday afternoon (14/03/26) and a search suggests it is only for match days and fans, possibly only those with tickets for the match (?)"

Sad demise of a once reliable source. Formerly a quaint two bar, Victorian, cottage style pub. Now an overly bright, hideous, knocked through TV dominated 'lounge', that looks like a set from 'Neighbours'.

No cask beer confirmed. Google shows opening hours very different from what we found - these have not come from the pub so we suspect the times are probably old.
