This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

At cross roads of A61/A167 west of Thirsk, it became an Indian restaurant in 2013. Previously known as the Busby Stoop Inn, a past landlord was hanged for murder 300 years ago and this was reputedly Yorkshire’s most haunted pub. Now an Indian restauran called Jaipur Spice.
