This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Late 1960s style industrial building, with late 1970s extension, close to the brewery and overlooking playing fields and car park.

A central bar serves a comfortable members lounge and a large function room with a stage and movable partition.

Various evening activities during the week: Monday - crib and occasional table tennis; Tuesday - dominoes and Solo Club; Thursday - Burton Railway Society on 1st of month, occasional table tennis; Friday - occasional live entertainment; Saturday - live entertainment. Burton Junior Football League Saturday mornings during football season.

No restriction on occasional use of bar and facilities by non-members, but regulars are expected to join: individual subs in 2024: £8.00/year (OAPs £4.00/year), couples (joint) £10.00/year (OAPs £6.00/year); no joining fee.

Food only available at functions by prior arrangement.
