Imposing, two-roomed pub on the main road, now the only pub between Hanley and Burslem to serve real ale; one beer will change monthly, cycling between the more well-known brands. There is a large lounge to the left of the bar, while a games room lies to the right; note that the pub may shut early if quiet.
