Historic Interest

Delicensed 14/07/11 landlord was Philip Collier and Owner Admiral Taverns. In late 1979 the pub had Walkers Warrington Ale introduced, but it didn't last long. By late summer 1982 it had been Walkerised and was selling Walkers Mild and Bitter (H). In early 1986 it was selling Walkers Winter Warmer and Bolton Branch held a social here on January 12th and again on October 12th. The winter warmer was on sale again in 1987 and 1988. By January 1993 the pub had been swapped with Burtonwood
