This Pub is Permanently Closed

A family run pub just outside the town centre with a secluded beer garden and undercover heated shelter for smokers. Two large screen TVs, jukebox, two comfy sofas, pool table, darts board. The pub has a darts team that practices regularly on a Thursday evening. There is a small function room available. Traditional home cooked food. Children are allowed under 10years old until 8.30pm. This pub was previously known as the Rose & Crown. Pub closed July 2014.

Planning Application submitted in Jan 2018, and approved, for the Erection of a part first floor rear extension to the existing public house to allow for conversion into six flats with associated cycle parking and waste storage. System Reference: P/2018/0401 - Planning Reference: 00609/CC/P1.
