A large single-bar, mock-Tudor pub-restaurant near Bedford Park. The emphasis is on fine, home-prepared food, using local suppliers where possible, but casual visitors are welcome just for drinks. It is advisable to book for meals beforehand. The large restaurant is partly housed in a conservatory/garden room. The TV is normally on only for rugby internationals. The pub is leased to Little Gems Country Dining, a regional company with about six pubs.
