A friendly village local with a warm welcome to visitors. The open fire helps to create a warm, cosy atmosphere and an old well in the corner adds further interest. The car park leads to a pretty patio garden. Good, home-cooked food with a gastro twist is served at lunchtime (not Mon) and evenings. From May to September the pub opens all day on Tuesday to Thursday.
