"Additional info: Just read an article from 2018 saying that this place has been demolished..."

There was a planning application LA08/2017/1061/F for redevelopment made in 2017 but this was withdrawn. The application did state that the pub and other buildings had been disused for several years before. Google Earth images suggest the buildings could have been demolished by October 2018 (clouds get in the way of a clear view!), and an outlooknews.co.uk article confirms August 2018 demolition.
