Further research shows Cheers was created from a conversion from retail around 2004/2005 (planning Z/2004/0525/F) and had been demolished to make way for a hotel by 2008. This is probably covered by planning Z/2006/0335/F for 47-55 King Street which was granted 23/03/2007.
