Comfortable, friendly town-centre local with a good range of regular beers plus one guest. The pub has pool, skittles and crib teams, but also offers a quiet refuge for conversation. There is a games room with pool table, TV and jukebox separate from the main bar area which can be booked for parties and functions. Children are welcome in the games room only. Live Music on Sunday. Filled rolls are available all day. There are patios to the front and rear. Dogs welcome.
