Community pub in the picturesque village of Elsecar with one of the best views of the village from the picture window. The pub offers a changing real ale choice from its six hand pumps as well as excellent food. The lounge to the rear leads to a large conservatory overlooking the large beer garden, renovated in 2021. A major refurbishment in early 2025 has left the pub looking very smart indeed. The non-disabled toilets have been moved upstairs, enabling a new and cosy drinking area to be created near the entrance. Close to Elsecar Heritage Centre and the railway station.
