Brewery & Winery
From their website: As a truly independent brewery, established in 1990, we are proud to have revived the tradition of farm-brewed Real Ales. We continue to specialise in the production of individual and unique English 'bottle conditioned' real ales, brewed from full mash blends of English malts and hopped with the finest Kentish and Herefordshire Goldings and Fuggles for that special aroma and hint of bitterness. Using wooden-clad mash tun, copper, liquor and fermentation vessels, we strive to combine tradition with the very latest technology in sterility and temperature control. In the UK we have experienced an increased interest in traditional English Real Ales. More recently however the demand for 'bottle conditioned' ales has never been higher. In January 2007, we were granted the ultimate accolade, The Queen's Royal Warrant, sometimes described as the 'peerage for trade'"
This Off Licence serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
