Situated in Galloway Forest Park, this small hotel is popular with walkers, climbers, anglers and cyclists. Fully refurbished, it has an attractive interior including a small function facility. It specialises in good value home cooking featuring locally sourced supplies as well as home grown produce and regular themed food nights. Regular music events featuring local artists are held throughout the year. Closes for three weeks in January or for the whole winter season.
