Family run hotel convenient for local golf courses the beach and train station. The public bar has a pool table and a good selection of malt whiskies. One real ale is served that is changed periodically. *Stopped selling real ale autumn 2021, but not clear whether this is permanent or not - will depend on demand*

Meals of local produce are served in the bar and separate restaurant. The hotel has 32 en-suite bedrooms available at a reasonable cost and hosts dinner dance weekends and live music, as part of the local Live@Troon, throughout the year.
