A small country inn with two rooms featuring low ceilings and a tiled range. The dining room and decked beer garden overlook the River Ayr. A good place to start or end the River Ayr Walk. The 43 bus service between Ayr and Cumnock passes regularly. Re-opened June 2014 under new management; real ale not always available. Jukebox, fruit machine and TV installed. Closed again early 2019 but re-opened September 2019 under new ownership. No real ale.
