Set inside three tunnels, one for the bar, one for the genuinely authentic Italian pizza and pasta restaurant and additional seating for drinkers, and one for the restaurant kitchen. The underground area is accessible by stairs and lift. A stillage at the far end of the bar usually has one or more cask beers served by gravity, although there are occasional report of no cask being available. Many craft keg beers are served.
