The Lifeboat is one of those High Street pubs that instantly take you back to the hey day of the pub trade, when there were pubs like this on every High Street in the land. Nestled in as part of a terrace, with that exquisitely evocative green-glazed brickwork frontage, it’s a community pub in the true since. In fact, it was taken over by the local community in 2021.
A single bar with L-shaped drinking area, with bare floors and rough-hewn wooden tables throughout. Sports TV is shown on two large TV screens.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
