Description

Cider produced annually by Woodthorpe Hall's Dick Shepley and a bunch of volunteers (Friends and family basically) using a traditional apple press and various bits of Heath Robinson esque equipment using a blend of donated windfall apples. Champagne Yeast is added to the fermentation tanks during the process to add some consistency in the flavour as well as a natural sparkle.
