Description

Jon and Matt are at least the fifth generation of the King Brain family to farm at Little Weston, which nestles at the foot of Cadbury Castle, just off the 303. All of the apples used in their ciders are grown organically by them in the traditional cider orchards on the farm. The apples are harvested and pressed by the family, deciding which apple varieties to blend to make thier Vintage cider and which will be pressed as single variety ciders.
