Brogdale Craft Cider

Description

​Our ciders are produced from apples and pears sourced entirely from the National Fruit Collection at Brogdale Farm in Faversham, Kent. We are proud to use a heritage variety of up to thirty varieties of apple in our famous Woolly Pig Dry Cider. Named after the Butcher of Brogdale's Mangalitza pigs which used to live on site. The pigs were once an integral part of the cidermaking team, as they helped us to dispose of our leftover pommace by including it in their diet.
Also produce real cider based fruit and flavoured drinks using fresh pressed fruits and other fresh natural ingredients such as fresh ginger and basil.
